A short intake form covers what you do, who you serve, and what you want the site to do. Fifteen minutes, no sales call required.

We build the first version.

AI does the fast parts — layout drafts, copy drafts, image selection. Malcolm does the strategy, the structure, and the sign-off. You see a working site, not a wireframe.

03review
You give feedback.

One round of changes on design, one on copy. Plain-English feedback is fine — you don't need a brief.

04launch
We launch.

Site goes live, Google Analytics and your Google Business Profile are wired up, Mailchimp signup connected. You get an email to send change requests to. That's the whole handover.

But AI doesn't decide what your business is about. Malcolm does that. Every site is reviewed personally before it goes live — structure, voice, whether the homepage actually earns its first scroll. If something's generic, it gets rewritten. If something's slow, it gets fixed.

Will I own my website?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one — always yours. The design and platform run on our infrastructure. If you ever want to take the site with you, there's a one-off release fee; otherwise the subscription covers everything.

What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time. In the first three months the site comes down — those months cover the build work we did up-front. From month four, you can stay subscribed, pay the release fee and take the site, or cancel and the site comes down. Your domain is yours either way.
03
Can I see an example?
The site you're on right now is the first one — built the same way, at the same pace, on the same stack.
