Usually under two weeks from the first form submission. Most of that time is waiting on things from you (photos, specific content). The build itself is a few days.
A short intake form, any logos or photos you've already got, and a rough idea of what the site should do. We draft copy from there — you don't need to write anything from scratch.
No. If you want one we're happy to, but the intake form covers everything we'd ask.
From $150/month + GST. Two plans — Starter and Standard — plus bespoke custom app work priced per project. Full detail on the Pricing page.
Any time. In the first three months the site comes down — those months cover the build work we did without charging you a setup fee upfront.
From month four, you can stay subscribed, pay a one-off release fee ($750 Starter / $1,500 Standard) to take the site with you, or cancel and the site comes down. Your domain is yours either way.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one — always yours. The design, code, and hosting sit on our infrastructure. If you want to take the site with you from month four onwards, the release fee covers that. Otherwise the subscription keeps it all running.
No. No contract, no lock-in. The three-month build-protection window is the only catch — it's how we offer zero upfront cost.
Email us. One address, one inbox, no portal to learn. Most changes go live same day.
Text changes, image swaps, new page sections, adding a new service, updating prices, reordering the menu, fixing broken links — all included on both tiers.
Standard includes unlimited updates and unlimited new pages (within fair-use reason). Starter includes around two update requests a month, which covers most businesses.
Things that are really a new build — rewriting every page, a full visual rebrand, adding a shop. Those get scoped separately.
Yes — bespoke internal tools, client-facing apps, and integrations on our same Laravel stack. Those are priced per project after we've had a conversation. See the Custom apps section or get in touch.
No. AI helps with first drafts and the time-consuming parts — layout exploration, copy drafts, image selection. Malcolm reviews every site personally before it goes live and rewrites anything that sounds generic. The final site is a human-reviewed product, not AI output you're looking at.
Because it's what lets us launch sites in days instead of weeks, and price a site at $150/month + GST instead of $10k upfront. The model works because AI compresses the slow parts.
Two things AI doesn't catch on its own.
Hallucinations — AI confidently making up facts about your business that aren't true.
Quality control — whether the site actually hangs together as a professional piece of work, not just a collection of plausible-looking sections.
